Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching began as just a simple suggestion.  One of Ruth Godfrey's co-workers threw her a magazine about coaching and claimed it could be her.  Several years and three coach certifications later, Ruth sat across from her instructor startled as he ripped up her final written exam.  Immediately Ruth thought she had failed to demonstrate her coaching skill capacity.  Fortunately, to her relief, just the opposite had occurred.  The instructor told her she had taken coaching to a new level-beyond where it was to date.  He encouraged her to go back to Minnesota and start her own school.  And, that is exactly what she did.

In 1998 Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching was established. Ruth partnered with her daughter Jennie Antolak and together they developed an innovative and effective process that is now utilized throughout the world.  Their methodology is both ontological and creative.  It ensures individuals raise their awareness of how they are responding to all areas of their life.  They discover what is working and where they have opportunity for something more and they learn how to tap into their own wisdom to uncover the best path forward.

Learning Journeys in now lead by Ruth Godfrey, Jennie Antolak and a dynamic board of directors.  Together, along with their many students and graduate, they are moving towards positive transformation in the world.
