Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching provides coaching certification, wellness credentialing, continuing education and business courses to ensure your success in the coaching field. We are licensed by Minnesota Office of Higher Education and are a post secondary school located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Power of Possibility (Pre-requisite for the Coach Practitioner Certification)

The Power of Possibility equips you with fundamental coaching tools and techniques for assisting others in achieving goals. The course teaches you how to develop, maintain and expand trust. It increases your personal proficiency for meaningful communication and aligned interaction between values, beliefs and behaviors. It provides strategies for moving others beyond stuck and non-resourceful states. This course creates a deep awareness of how to successfully operate in the world.
The Power of Possibility is a combination of facilitation, group coaching, demonstrations and experiential peer coaching. There are numerous opportunities to learn from participants as well as the master facilitators. By the time you complete the course, you will better understand the coaching process, have a number of coaching tools to use immediately with others and know first hand how inspiring and exciting coaching can be for you and others.

We believe people desire experiences that evoke personal power and insight. Individuals prefer to design their own path rather than be told how to do it. Our coaching method helps people imagine and create their own direction towards achievement. We are there to expand perception, stretch potential and challenge status quo while championing them as they realize their dreams. Just envision yourself being a part of this journey. Life Coach Practitioner Certification (click here for dates)
The Life Coach Practitioner Certification prepares you for the expansive use and adaptation of coaching competencies, tools and process techniques. The focus is on individual and group coaching. Throughout the courses you will learn to raise people's awareness of behaviors, barriers, and limiting beliefs that have held them back from achieving their goals. Once you complete the program you will have fluid skills to assist people with the most basic of obstacles to the most complex.
There are five 2.5-day courses: 1) The Power of Possibility, 2) Honor Interior Self, 3) Design a Creative Environment, 4) Integrate Creative Expression, 5) Source Gifts and Talents

The Master Certification program is for individuals seeking to enhance their coaching skills, further define him/her self as an expert in the field and expand their tool box. You will accomplish this through four classes and two learning labs. In each of these session you will evaluate and stretch your coaching techniques, you will conduct research and interview experts in your field and you will learn how and work to create your own coaching tools.

Coach on the Run
This one day course is great for coaches seeking 10 top tooks to add to their toolbox and learn creative ways of using those tools in many different applications, topics, and issues.
Keep It Simple
This course is for any individual that is looking for business tools and tips to jump start or re-energize the business side of their practice.
Trailblazer
The Trailblazer course is a weekend getaway to broaden your coaching skills, develop new possibilities and tools to be used in everyday life. The vacation course is held on beautiful Madeline Island in the Apostle Islands, WI. (Lake Superior)
Networking
The Coaching Network Sessions are two hour classes to introduce a new coaching tool to use in your personal or professional life. These sessions are offered once a month on Saturdays.
Cost:
$15 students and graduates/ $20 for guest (anyone is welcome)
Coaching Rally
The Coaching Rally is our annual day long event to introduce new coaching ideas, tools and techniques.
